If you are a club or sport seeking forms to complete you meeting minutes, please click the button below. Remember that the first step towards approving an activity or a fundraiser is holding a meeting. Once you hold your meeting, submit the form to the ASB office. ASB will then approve the meeting minutes.

These are the forms needed if you sport, or club is having a fundraiser or an activity. These forms need to be filled out prior to the event or activity. If you have any questions on how to fill out the forms you can ask an ASB Director or Mrs. Weiss.

If you ever want something to be on our weekly announcements, please click on the submission form. Please keep in mind that if you submit a request after 12pm it will not be announced until two business days after.

Flyers on campus to have to be approved by ASB & Admin. First you you need the form printed & filled out. Then take it to ASB. ASB will then have it signed by Admin and have it approved. Once approved, Mrs. Weiss will give you your flyer back and you will then be able to hang it up around campus.

If you are receiving a donation letter, please click on the hyperlink below. Fill out the form and bring your donation to Mrs. Weiss. Donations will be approved during the ASB meeting which are held every Monday. Once approved, you will receive a tax receipt to give to the person or business who donated. Please confirm with Weiss to receive an update on when funds will be available for use.
