Happy December Condor Families!
As we approach the end of the year, I want to wish everyone a happy and healthy holiday season. I hope the new year brings you joy, peace, and prosperity for you and your family.
I want you to know that I am incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication that I have been privileged to witness from our students, our families, and our staff. Together, we have created a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages team work and growth for the community.

Please direct your inquiries to your classroom teacher for more information regarding classroom winter break parties, to include: the date of the party, items requested for donations, and process for dropping off any classroom goodies with the teacher/classroom.
· Lost & Found: Check the lost and found frequently for any misplaced or lost items. The remaining items that are on campus will be donated at the winter break.
o Lost & Found items will be donated at the end of each quarter moving forward.
o 3rd Qtr. Ends March 21, 2025
o 4th Qtr. Ends June 6, 2025
· Safety Matters: We need your help reminding students who walk, ride their bikes, or ride their scooters to school to use the sidewalk and not the roadway for safety. Please reinforce and prioritize traffic safety rules. Working together, we can help our students remember to be safe to and from school.
· Health and Wellness: As the weather gets colder, please remind your student to dress in warm clothing. Consider keeping your student at home if your child is ill with a fever or vomiting.
o If your student is absent, report the absence in parent vue so it is documented in your student’s attendance record.
· Attendance Notes: Attendance notes are automatically generated every Wednesday afternoon. If you have any attendance questions please reach out to the office for clarification. You may email either Ms. Susie or Ms. Cathy for more information or clarification regarding the notes received.
· Extended Absences: If you know your family will be away for an extended period of time, students are able to receive independent study packets to recoup some of those attendance times. We can do an independent study packet for up to 15 days.
o If choosing to utilize independent study, notify your student’s teacher of your interest.
o Let the office know the dates you will be missing.
o Remember to sign your contract and get your assignments before your last day
o All work must be turned in to credit the days missed for attendance
Thank you again for your continued support and partnership.
Happy Holidays!
