Students

The Junior Coaches program develops student leaders in grades 5-6 through meaningful leadership roles. Selected students serve on an advisory council, support positive behavior initiatives (PBIS), assist with campus events, and mentor younger students. Each quarter, new positions become available, allowing students to gain valuable leadership experience. Interested students can apply with a teacher recommendation and must complete an interview process for selection.
