What is a tech ticket and why is it important?  

You have done your troubleshooting. You have made sure everything is plugged in. You have turned it off and back on again. Your issue is still happening. You need one of the superheroes from the IT Department to come to the rescue. No worries! We are happy to assist you. But we do need a ticket put in so the correct superhero can come to your rescue! 

Your tickets are important to us and we appreciate you taking the time to put them in.
