If you would like to request to use our school facilities for an event, please complete a "Use of Facilities" form and submit to the school where you wish to use the facilities.  The District Business Services department will receive the form from the school and will send a copy to you after the application has been approved. Permission to use the facility is not final until you receive the approved copy.
